Brendan was, prior to founding William James, national practice group leader for a global law firm’s Banking and Disputes practice. Brendan operated one of the largest teams in Australia and chose to leave the firm as he saw an opportunity to provide top end service to the mid markets and High Net Worth's who he observed were often inadequately represented. Brendan is a specialist commercial litigator with extensive experience in disputes in many fields including: contracts, negligence, securities, construction, trusts, trade practices, tax, commercial property, corporate, technology and franchising litigation. Further, Brendan has provided specialist insolvency advice to external administrators and creditors. Brendan is also one of Sydney’s leading insolvency and restructuring specialists.
